X2 collaborates with Balance from Johns Hopkins

X2 creates custom white-labeled coaching and mental health support chatbots. Solutions are provided in collaboration with large employers, insurance companies, and health systems. Today, we are announcing our relationship with the Balance behavioral health program from Johns Hopkins Medicine.

The Johns Hopkins Balance program identifies employees who are either at risk or experiencing a mental health condition. Balance directs them to the resources they need to get the care they require, improving access to mental health care.

X2 works with Johns Hopkins HealthCare Solutions to offer an interactive chat element within the Balance program, based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Bea is the name of the chatbot, which offers mental health support 24/7 to Balance program participants.
