👫Take time to connect with other people - Call up a friend you haven't spoken to in a while. Or just chat with the barista at a coffee shop
✍️Count your blessings - Jot down a few things you're thankful for before bed each night.
🤗Remember: your circumstances don't matter as much as you think - Take a load off your mind and realize that things are okay just the way they are.
