County of Monterey Health Department is using Tess to provide support to patients of their clinics both in English and Spanish. These patients range from behavioral health patients to those with physical chronic illnesses. The county believes that the healthcare outcomes will improve if more people get 24/7 access to mental health support. In emergency situations, our network of psychologists will take over the conversation from Tess.
